Here's what you'll do:
- Build and Manage Talent Networks: Use LinkedIn, our CRM, and other tools to create a database of market professionals and connect them with our clients.
- Own the Candidate Journey: Ensure a smooth recruitment process from the first call to closing the deal.
- Develop Expertise: Position yourself as a specialist in your niche market and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Discover New Opportunities: Work with consultants on lead generation and business development strategies.
You'll gain hands-on experience, intensive training, and dedicated mentorship to develop your skills in recruitment and sales. This internship could lead to a full-time role, setting you up for long-term success.

- Depending on location, you are either fluent in Dutch or Danish and English
